1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BonusOS platform, operated by KMD - Desigin for Mduck Agency. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Purpose

BonusOS is a web platform designed to manage creator performance, agency operations, bonus calculations, rewards, account associations, and TikTok account connection flows related to Mduck Agency programs.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Users may access the platform only through credentials provided or approved by Mduck Agency. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activities performed under their account.

4. TikTok Integration

The platform may allow users to connect their TikTok accounts through official TikTok authentication mechanisms. By connecting a TikTok account, the user authorizes BonusOS to receive and process the data permitted by TikTok and by the user’s granted consent.

5. Data Accuracy

BonusOS may use information imported from TikTok Backstage exports, agency operational reports, and platform user data. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, Mduck Agency reserves the right to review, adjust, reconcile, or correct imported information when inconsistencies are identified.

6. Bonus and Reward Rules

Bonus calculations, level progression, points, penalties, inactivity treatment, and reward redemption conditions are subject to the official rules defined by Mduck Agency. Platform data and dashboards are informational and may be reviewed before final approval.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload malicious files, or use the platform in violation of law, TikTok terms, or agency rules.

8. Suspension or Termination

Mduck Agency may suspend or terminate access to the platform for operational, security, compliance, or contractual reasons, including misuse, account inactivity, or program eligibility issues.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform structure, visual design, internal rules engine, materials, and operational workflows are the property of KMD - Desigin and/or Mduck Agency, except for third-party content and trademarks belonging to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonusOS, KMD - Desigin, and Mduck Agency are not liable for indirect damages, data delays from third-party platforms, temporary service interruptions, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by external systems.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
